Cancellation policy

Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription, or change or skip an upcoming order, at any time before that order is charged. To make changes, sign in to your account or email us at purrrchases@virtuousvittles.com. If an order has already been charged, contact us right away and we’ll do our best to stop it from shipping, but we can’t guarantee it. Once a subscription order has shipped, it isn’t refundable.

Preorders
You can cancel a preorder, such as The Purr-fect Patron cat food preorder, at any time before it ships for a full refund. Email us at purrrchases@virtuousvittles.com to cancel.
