Shipping policy

Processing time
We aim to ship every order within 1–2 business days. Occasionally it can take a little longer during busy periods or warehouse delays; if your order is held up, we’ll let you know. Processing times are estimates, not guarantees.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Where we ship
We ship to every U.S. state and Washington, D.C., except Virginia and South Carolina.. We don’t ship to U.S. territories or to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
Customers in Canada can purchase our products through the Vecado website.
We don’t ship to other countries yet.

Preorders
Preorder items, such as The Purr-fect Patron cat food preorder, ship when the product becomes available.

Damaged or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive, email us at purrrchases@virtuousvittles.com with your order number and, for damaged items, photos of the damage. We review each case individually and will work with you to make it right.
